Almacenera Almacopio S.A. is a privately held corporation belonging to the sector of entities specializing in financial services within the national financial system, operating under the control and supervision of the Superintendency of Banks. www.superbancos.gob.ec, classified as a general deposit warehouse.
Having concessions to operate as a public customs warehouse, granted through contracts by the National Customs Service of Ecuador SENAE, we also operate under the Organic Code of Production, Trade and Investments and its Regulations.

- Organic Code of Production, Trade and Investments and Regulations to Title V of Customs Facilitation for Trade, of Book V of the Code.
- The rules of the Tax Code Codification, the Civil Code Codification and the Commercial Code insofar as they are applicable.
- The Codification of the Regulations of the Superintendency of Banks, insofar as they are applicable to it.
